Week in Review – 17

I took some time off this week to give myself a little break.  But, I got in two good cardio interval sessions and some strength training as well.

Today I went to Magic Kingdom and Epcot with friends (pictures to follow) and measured the distance walked again with my rusty pedometer.  We were there for about 10 hours, and we went 22,000 steps (about 10 miles).  That's about 1 mile per hour spent at the parks, which is similar to my last trip to Universal Studios Islands of Adenture.
