Hump day!

The week is more than halfway over, and I only have 6 more days in the office this year!  Taking the last two days COMPLETELY off have felt wonderful – I got a lot of sleep, cleaned my pantry, planned for holiday cooking, and read a bunch!  Now I'm feeling a bit more energized to get back to pushing myself in the gym.  Plan for tonight – core, chest/back, and, of course, my "knee-strengthening" routine.
