My VERY early start today was a little difficult. I am TOTALLY exhausted from the hike yesterday. My quads, lower back, glutes, hamstrings, and calves are sore – along with parts of my legs for which I really don't have a proper name.
The 4 am wakeup (PT) followed by a full day of travel, a work Holiday Party, and then my friend's birthday celebration do not leave any time for a workout. But, it is definitely possible to sneak some exercise in while at the airport. I've started making it standard practice to walk around all the terminals (and check out the food options) prior to sitting down at the gate. Yea, it's pretty much like "mall walking" but if you're at the airport with nothing better to do, why not?
