Morning workout

I was reading a lot about the benefits of working out in the morning, such as in this article.  One of the reasons to get your workout done early is to make sure that all the rest of your tasks don't get in the way.  Now, this is not a problem for me usually, since I have no kids and not a whole lot of obligations aside from work and bills.  However, some of the physiological benefits are enticing.  Your metabolism is a bit revved after you exercise, and waking up and working out can also help you sleep better at night. 

So, I got in the gym and did 25 minutes on the elliptical and did shoulder press, dead lift, bench, ab chair, dips, and bicep curls (~2 sets of ~12-18 reps each).  It felt good, I had a lot of time after work, and I'm ready to hit the sack earlier than usual.  I'm going to try again tomorrow, so we'll see how it goes.
