Winter is bad for working out =-(

I tried to squeeze in a bike ride after work today, but I dilly-dallied too long and by the time I was ready to go, it was nearly dark.  Reflectors and lights would be one solution, but I am too lazy to get around to doing that.  Anyway, my solution was my spin interval workout I've done a few times, totaling about 30 minutes.  I wrapped up the day with some pilates abs and pushups.  I've been reading about the benefits of morning workouts, so I'm going to try to go early tomorrow!
