I kicked my butt this past week, though I need to start getting some more high intensity interval training into my routine!

 Actual 2010 Boston Workout 10 swimming intervals (100 yd free @ 1:20, 50 yd recover  Tennis Walking Intervals (2 miles) and serious ST!  Kayak 30 min, core  Rest  3.2 mi @ 21:00, Cayuco paddling 7 miles in 1.5 hrs Cayuco paddling 4 miles, 50 minutes
