Well….. I just keep putting off interval training by any means necessary! Today's priority – cleaning my house! I swept the floors, dusted, changed lightbulbs, cleaned the fans, did laundry, scrubbed the shower and tub, and organized my closet! Feeling somewhat guilty, I did 100 pushups and two sets of three-way calf raises. We'll call the whole event a "full-body workout." There's always tomorrow to train harder…at least until there isn't!
